One killed in political clashes in Kerala

A man was killed and three others were injured as activists of two rival outfits clashed in Thrissur district of Kerala Thursday, the police said.
The district collector clamped prohibitory order in the area after the clashes between activists of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the National Democratic Front (NDF), a Muslim organisation.
'RSS activist Baiju was attacked at a petrol pump near the Pavaratty police station. He died this afternoon. A three-member gang carried out the attack,' a police official said.
The condition of the three injured people was described as serious.
