COLOMBO, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- Sri Lankans spent a relaxed weekend on the Galle Face Plaza in the capital of Colombo after health authorities lifted the isolation status in certain areas of Colombo, citing a decline in COVID-19 cases detected locally.
