KATHMANDU, Nepal - A courtesy meeting with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba was held on Sunday by a delegation led by the U.S. Under Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights, Uzra Zeya.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting at the PM's official residence in Baluwatar focused on Nepal-US relations and other topics of mutual interest.
PM Deuba expressed his delight at welcoming the U.S. delegation.
Under Secretary of State Zeya, the Special Coordinator for Tibetan Issues arrived in Nepal on Friday for a three-day visit.
